2. Manage, Maintain, & Ensure Success of Company Blog

  • Branding and Design in line with company and website
  • Create content strategy to maximize SEO, SMM, and brand awareness

              § Content syndication (creating backlinks and driving traffic to your site by sharing your

  • Stay up to date on new social media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies are using them, so that the company can continue to be an early adopter of emerging technologies.
  • Internal communication & provide leadership for cross functional efforts.
  • Work closely with Company’s IT manager to ensure that website and blog goals are met.
  • Develop guidelines to ensure that Company’s online outreach is both effective and consistent with the organization’s image and overall communications strategy.
  • Increase awareness of web 2.0 tools across the Company and provide training in their use.
  • Teach, guide, and encourage staff on Web 2.0 tools and culture.
  • Be available to staff across the Company to assist them in identifying and using online tools to help them achieve their goals related to their position.
